Put your tax refund to work
Three good reasons to have your tax refund deposited electronically into your Franklin Templeton mutual fund investment account(s):
- Your money goes to work right away.
- There's no check that may get lost or stolen.
- It's easy.
You can request a direct deposit of your refund into as many as three different accounts. Complete the Refund section of IRS Form 1040 series for electronic deposit to one account or use Form 8888 to request a deposit into as many as three accounts.
On any Form, complete lines b, c and d as shown below.

IRA/Roth/Coverdell Education Savings accounts
IRS refunds deposited to an IRA/Roth IRA/Coverdell Education Savings account will be classified as a contribution for 2008. If the contribution was intended as a contribution for 2007, it must be received by Franklin Templeton by April 15, 2008. To reclassify the contribution as a 2007 contribution, please call Franklin Templeton at 1-800/527-2020 after the contribution has posted to your account(s)
