    • My Client Accounts

      Click the ‘Client Accounts’ button at the top of the page.

    • Tax Documents

      Click the ‘Client Accounts’ button > Select the account > Click ‘Statements & Tax Documents’ tab.

    • Account Statements

      Click the ‘Client Accounts’ button > Select a client’s name > Click ‘Statements’ for the account you want at the bottom of each investment box.

    • Access on a Mobile Device

      You will be able to access your account on your mobile site; however, these sections are not yet mobile optimized, so you may still need to resize the page for your device.

    • List of Funds

      Go to ‘Products & Planning’ menu > Click ‘Mutual Funds.’

HOW DO I?

  • Go to ‘Client Accounts’ > Click on the ‘My Sales & Assets’ link at the top.

  • Go to ‘Resources’ menu > Click ‘Hypotheticals’ under ‘Advisor Tools’ heading > Click ‘Launch Hypothetical Tool’.

  • To ensure the security of your accounts we’re requesting all users log in with their credentials to the website. Check the ‘Remember Me’ box to save your login ID for next time.
  • Follow the directions on the reset password page.

  • Go to ‘Sign In/Register’ box above the navigation menu > Click ‘Register Now’ at the bottom of the pop-up window.

  • You must be signed in to your account. Go to the ‘Products & Planning’ menu > Click ‘Mutual Funds’ > Click the favorite icon, or star, on the right of the fund name.

  • Click on your name at the top of the page > Click ‘Edit My Profile’

  • Click Financial Advisor in the top-left corner and then select Individual Investor. You can also scroll to the bottom of whatever page you’re on > Click on ‘Individual Investor’ in the ‘View As’ section.
