On this page:
Pay for Performance
Our Pay For Performance philosophy consists of a combination of base and incentive pay, both of which are designed to pay all employees within competitive market ranges based on individual performance and contributions.
Base Pay is the salary employees receive on a regular basis for performing their job duties. Employees are paid a competitive salary, based on the local market and individual competencies and responsibilities. Market conditions and overall company performance may also influence base pay.
Incentive Pay (or Bonus program) is also part of our financial rewards. Most roles are eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan, whereby bonuses may be paid out at the end of the fiscal year. There are many factors that influence whether or not an employee receives a bonus and if so, how much the bonus will be. These factors include overall corporate performance, department performance and individual performance. The objective of the Incentive Plan is to provide the greatest rewards to our top-performers.
Franklin Templeton Investments offers employees several ways for U.S. employees to save for retirement.
Through investment in our 401(k) plan, you will be able to build towards your retirement dreams using both the traditional 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) options. By saving a little at a time through convenient payroll deductions and employer matching contributions, you will be able to take charge of your retirement planning. Enrollment can begin as early as the first of the month following your date of hire.
