We provide a broad and competitive mix of benefits that ensure coverage for our employees overall well-being. As part of our Total Rewards, below is a summary of just some of the health, wellness and risk benefits available for U.S. employees.

Medical insurance is available to all regular full or part-time (20-hour plus) employees as well as their eligible children, spouses, and domestic partners. The company pays a substantial portion of the monthly premium and coverage begins the first of the month following your date of hire. Additional counseling benefits, through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), are available to all employees and their dependents/household members.
Prescription Drug Plan
Eligible employees and their dependents who enroll in the medical insurance plan are covered by our prescription drug plan at no additional cost.
Dental coverage is offered as an option for employees and eligible dependents and begins the first of the month following your date of hire. The company pays a substantial portion of the monthly premium and the plan covers basic and preventative care, major dental care and orthodontia.
Our vision care plan covers exams, glasses and contact lenses. Monthly premiums for full-time and part-time (20-hour plus) employees are paid by the company 100% and dependents can be added at a small cost. Coverage begins the first of the month following your date of hire.
Employees have access to a comprehensive wellness program – focusing on fitness, nutrition and life balance. Each individual is different, so participants are able to create their own definition of wellness. When ready, employees can use the resources of our expert wellness partners, to help reach their wellness goals.
We provide life and accidental death insurance at 1.5 times an employee's salary, to a maximum of $500,000, at no cost to our employees.
Optional supplemental life insurance, spousal/domestic partner life and dependent life are offered at low group rates through payroll deduction.
Both our short and long-term disability plans provide income replacement should an employee become medically disabled and unable to work for a period of time. All full-time employees are provided this coverage at no cost.
