Employees receive a generous vacation package at Franklin Templeton Investments, as well as other time off such as Personal Days which can be used for reasons such as managing personal business, religious holidays, family events, etc.
In addition, Franklin Templeton generally recognizes the same holidays as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the State Banking Department.
Employees are also eligible to take up to nine paid sick days per year for either personal illness or injury or to care for a spouse/domestic partner, dependent child or elderly relative who is sick or injured.

The Resource and Referral Program can help in meeting life's challenges, at home, at work, or at play. Here's a glimpse at just some resources available to our employees, their families and other household members—home improvement, cleaning services, automotive services, legal assistance, elder care, childcare locators, parenting tips and pet care.
Family Friendly Benefits
Our Adoption Assistance Plan assists employees in paying expenses incurred when adopting a child. Full-time employees are eligible for plan coverage 6 months after their date of hire.
Welcoming a New Child
Our 'Baby Steps' program is designed to explain the many details of maternity leave, the adoption assistance request process, signing up new dependents for benefits and more. The program is available to parents-to-be, in the second or third trimester of a pregnancy, as well as adopting parents. In addition, our 'Baby Mutual Fund Program' welcomes each newborn or newly adopted child with a $50 mutual fund.
Many discounts and promotions are available online to all U.S. employees. In some larger locations, this may include Fitness Centers and CARES Centers.
