Form 1099-Q, Payments From Qualified Education Programs (Under Sections 529 and 530), is the federal information form used to report payments from qualified education programs, which include Qualified Education Programs (commonly known as 529 plans) and Coverdell Education Savings Accounts (ESAs).
Form 1099-Q is available online and was mailed by February 2, 2015.
