Fundamental research identifies growth themes

A thematic approach is a distinctive feature of the strategy. Using deep fundamental research, the managers analyze global trends, as well as problems and potential solutions, to identify which themes could drive sustained growth for businesses over a multiyear time horizon. The managers seek businesses that can grow at above-market rates and sustain that growth and outperform in a variety of economic environments.
