Including all perspectives

Our three regional Inclusion Executive Councils (Americas, EMEA, APAC) ensure top-down accountability and localized strategies.

Comprising more than 50 senior leaders from across the firm, the regional councils identify aspects of both diversity and inclusion that are the most relevant and important in their region.

Our nine employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are open to all and connect employees from around the globe. Through our BRG networks we cultivate a sense of belonging, uncover new opportunities for growth, and share perspectives across the enterprise.
