Adam Spector

Adam Spector is Executive Vice President and Head of Global Distribution for Franklin Templeton and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. In this capacity, Adam leads the firm's commercial efforts, and has responsibility for overseeing the firm's marketing and product strategy.

Additionally, Adam serves on several other corporate boards and committees, including Chair of the Board of Brandywine Global, where he served as its Managing Partner prior to 2024. Adam joined Brandywine Global in 1991, and prior to that served as a Director in the International Investment Group at SEI Investments. Adam began his career working at a small firm in Prague, Czechoslovakia.

Adam earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in public policy and anthropology from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
