Derik Liberatore

Derik is head of Private Banks for Franklin Templeton, and has led business development efforts for the Private Bank Channel since joining Legg Mason in 2010.

During his time at the predecessor organization, Derik oversaw U.S. Wealth Management, including Private Banks, Consultant Client Service and RIA/Bank Trust distribution.

Prior to joining Legg Mason, Derik launched Deutsche Asset Management's Private Bank Channel, and began his career at Lord Abbett. He has 23 years of industry experience.

Derik was born in McKeesport PA, and graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He holds FINRA series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
