If you don’t have a User ID & password, you can still register on the app. You just need your fund account number which can be found on your statement.

If you’re already registered for access on franklintempleton.com, enter your website User ID and password on the app’s launch screen. If you haven’t done so, you’ll need to provide a mobile phone number for security and authentication purposes.
If you’re not registered on franklintempleton.com, you’ll need to tap the “Register Now” link on the app’s launch screen. You’ll need your fund-account number to get started – you can find that on your statements or tax documents. When you register, consider opting into paperless (electronic) delivery – you’ll get your documents faster, and it eliminates clutter and the need to shred confidential information. It saves trees, too!
No worries. You can retrieve your User ID or reset your password on the app. Once you’re back in, definitely consider enabling your phone’s biometric authentication capabilities (Face ID®, Touch ID®, Fingerprint). It’s faster, more secure, and you don’t have to worry about forgetting your credentials.
