Frank Fu, CFA

Kun (Frank) Fu joined Franklin Templeton (FT) in August 2021 as SVP, China Business. He covers FT's China and Alternative business locally from both Shanghai and Beijing offices.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, he served at Dajia Investment and Holding Co., Ltd. as the General Manager of Portfolio Management and General Affairs Department, leading the company's efforts in Portfolio Optimization, Strategy Research, Business Development, and Tech infrastructure.

Before joining Dajia, he worked at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Investment Center (SAFE IC) in China for nine years, during which he managed FoF investment in both Public and Private markets and covered asset classes such as Equity, Government Bond, Structured Credit and Private Credit. He also spent two years in SAFE IC's London office working as Senior Investment Manager for Real Estate and Voting Member of Investment Committee.

Mr. Fu is a CFA chart holder and holds a master's degree in Finance and Monetary Economics from the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University, and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Zhejiang University.
