Jae Woong Lee

Jae Woong Lee is joined Darby in 2015 as a Principal with the Darby - Hana Infrastructure Fund team, based in Seoul, after first joining the team in 2013 as a Consultant with DK Consulting. As Darby's Consultant, Mr. Lee provided advisory services for five of Darby's Build Transfer Lease (BTL) Funds and two of Darby's Renewable Energy Funds dedicated to investing in Korean infrastructure.

In addition to the work he did for Darby, Mr. Lee provided arrangement and advisory services for over 22 BTL infrastructure deals in Korea totaling around KRW $1.3 trn. Prior to joining Darby, Mr. Lee worked at Daegu Bank as Manager - Investment Banking and previously as Corporate Finance Manager with oversight responsibility for Daegu's loan and foreign exchange business.

Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kyonggi University in Seoul and holds certifications as a Credit Analyst, Investment Consultant, Securities Investment Advisor and Fund Investment Advisor.
