James Webb, CFA

James Webb is a portfolio manager and research analyst for Templeton Global Investments. James is a co-manager for the group's European funds, while his research responsibilities include the global utilities sector, adjacent industrials and is also a part of the group's sustainability team.

Prior to joining Templeton Global Investments in 2023, James was part of the European equity team at London-based Ninety One (formerly Investec Asset Management) having previously covered a range of sectors and geographies there. He has also been part of the investment management team for the Scottish Investment Trust and a principal at strategy consultancy, Wood Mackenzie.

James holds a M.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of the UK.
