Joanne Driscoll

Ms. Driscoll is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income - Short-Term Liquid Markets in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, Ms. Driscoll was the Head of Short-Term Liquid Markets for the Putnam Fixed Income group.

Ms. Driscoll is responsible for the oversight of investment strategies and the management of short duration products along with SEC Rule 2a-7 mandated portfolios and other cash assets. She is a Portfolio Manager of Government Money Market, Money Market, Short Duration Bond, and Ultra Short Duration Income strategies, as well as offshore funds and securities lending pools.

Ms. Driscoll joined Putnam in 1995 as a credit analyst. Ms. Driscoll earned an M.B.A. from Northeastern University and a B.S. from Westfield State University. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Boston.

For three consecutive years, 2022, 2023 and 2024, Ms. Driscoll was named by Morningstar as one of the Top Female Fixed Income portfolio managers for the Putnam Ultra Short Duration Income Fund.
