Michael Cannizzaro

Mike Cannizzaro has worked within the financial services industry since 1997 and joined Franklin Templeton in 2025 as a Senior Wealth Planning Specialist. Mike has spent over half his career as a public speaker, educating financial advisors and investors with a focus on retirement plans and advanced retirement planning concepts. Mike has also presented to audiences on the fundamentals of investing, tax mitigation, education savings, estate planning and other personal finance topics. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Mike held roles at several large securities firms, insurance companies and benefits providers.

Mike holds a bachelors degree in Finance from Villanova University and is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional as well as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® and a Retirement Income Certified Professional®. He holds his Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 66 licenses with FINRA.
