The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of Western Asset Inflation-Linked Income Fund and Western Asset Inflation-Linked Opportunities & Income Fund (each a “Fund” and, collectively, the “Funds”) has adopted this Charter to govern the activities of the Audit Committee of the Board with respect to its oversight of each Fund.
