Tay (Tae Hee) Kim

Tay Kim is president and CEO of Korea at Franklin Templeton. In this capacity, she is responsible for building the overall strategy to drive grow and develop business in Korea.

Ms. Kim has more than 25 years of experience in institutional business development roles within the financial service industry. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, she was a country head of MSCI Korea, a role she held for three years. Previously, she also served as a head of institutional business at Franklin Templeton Korea and had held roles in business development and client relationship management at Citibank Korea, SK Securities and UBS Warburg Securities.

Ms. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree from Yonsei University, Seoul, and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
